Refund Policy

Service Refunds
- Refunds are available only for services not yet started.
- Completed services are non-refundable.
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on preparation requirements.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before scheduled service.
- Late cancellations may incur fees.
Exceptions
If a service cannot be performed due to our fault, KZC Logistics & Solutions LLC may issue a full or partial refund.
